Ingredients

- 1 kg pork fillet (I used loin) or turkey
- 2 tablespoons lingonberry jam (or cherry)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- clove buds
- salt
Preparation
Mix the jam, honey and lemon juice.
In the pork to make cuts diagonally depth of about 3-4 mm.
Put the meat in a baking dish, season with salt.
Lubricate the sauce.
In diamonds inserted on clove bud.

Bake at 180 � C for 45-55 minutes.
