Pork in tomato sauce, grilled

If there is no pan-grilled, the meat can be fried on a regular frying pan.
Instead of pork, you can use chicken.
If you use tomato paste, it is desirable that it was not sour.

Ingredients

- 1 kg pork
- 2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
- 150 g tomatoes
- 5 sprigs of marjoram (or any greens to taste)
- 2 tsp. spice "grill"
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt
Preparation
Tomatoes chopped in a blender (if there is no blender, tomatoes can be rubbed on a grater).
Garlic is finely chopped.
Finely chop the herbs.
Mix the pasta, tomatoes, parsley, oil, garlic, spices.
Salt.
Meat roll in the sauce.
Cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
The pan grill-it is good to warm up.
Fry the meat on both sides, until cooked (not cover to cover).
I had pieces of meat thickness of about 1.5-2 cm, roasted for about 10 minutes on each side.
