Grilled chicken

Ingredients

- chicken weighing 1-1.5 kg
- red pepper
- seasoning for grilling, it includes: black pepper, nutmeg, onion, oregano, garlic, juniper
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Chicken rubbed with salt, spices, a bit of grease with vegetable oil.
Put the chicken on the grill or strung on a skewer, put down the pan for draining fat.
Fry the chicken in grill at 200 degrees for about an hour or slightly more.
To verify that the finished chicken or not, poke it with a knife, if you select a light liquid, the chicken is ready.
