Chicken cheese

Ingredients

- chicken, weighing 1-1.5 kg (or drumstick, thigh)
- 500 ml cream (10-15%)
- 200 g of cheese (hard)
- 0,5 Cup milk
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Chicken, cut into pieces, fry on both sides.
Add salt and pepper.
Add the cream, simmer until tender (about 25 minutes).
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Add the milk.
Add the starch.
To mix.
Roll the chicken in a cheese mass.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
