Chicken fillet stuffed with apricots and cheese

Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken (breast)
- 800g canned apricots
- 150 g of cheese
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Chicken fillet with salt and pepper, add the spices and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Cheese grate.
An incision along the fillet (not completely).
Open, to get a piece of wide.
On each piece of fillet put 2-3 apricot halves.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Close roll and secure with a toothpick.
Rolls fry in vegetable oil on all sides.
The remaining apricots cut into strips.
Add chopped apricots and apricot juice to fillet, stew for 25-30 minutes.
