Chicken fillet marinated in cream

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken fillet
- 200 ml cream (10-15%)
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Fillet cut into small pieces.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour cream fillet.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Then fillet roll in bread crumbs (I used store-bought crackers with sesame seeds).
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked.
