Turkey fillet, fried with dried apricots

Ingredients

- 500g turkey breast (or chicken)
- 300 g of dried apricots
- 1 tsp curry
- ground black pepper
- salt
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Fillets cut into small pieces.
Dried apricots cut into strips.
Fry the fillets in vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Add curry.
Add apricots, you can add a little water, cook, covered, over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
