Chicken stuffed with rice and dried fruits

Ingredients

- chicken (weighing 1.5 - 2 kg)
- 200 g of boiled rice
- 100 g of dried apricots
- 100 grams of prunes
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Diced dried apricots.
Prunes cut into cubes.
Mix rice, dried apricots, prunes, a little salt.
Stuff the chicken with rice and dried fruits.
Fasten with toothpicks, salt and pepper.
Chicken put in a sleeve for baking, or just on a baking sheet.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 60-80 minutes.
