Chicken fillet with rice and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken fillet
- 500 g tomatoes
- 150 grams of rice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Boil the rice until tender (as indicated on the packaging).
Fillet cut into small pieces.
Tomatoes cut into cubes.
Garlic is finely chopped.
Fry the fillets in vegetable oil.
Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, fry for 15-20 minutes.
Add the rice, stir, simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
At the end of cooking add the garlic, stir, remove from heat.
