Squid with rice and tomatoes

Ingredients

- 500 g squid (cleaned)
- 100 g rice
- 300 g tomatoes
- 150 g onion
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Boil the rice until cooked as directed on the package.
Water bring to a boil and boil lower the squid exactly 3 minutes (if you boil longer, squid will be tough and tasteless).
Cool.
Squid cut into strips.
Mince the onion.
Dice tomatoes.
Chop the greens.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add squid, salt and pepper and mix.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Add greens, remove from heat.
