Salad with calamari, cucumber and peas

Ingredients

- 500 g squid
- 200 g cucumber
- 1 jar of peas (340 g)
- 3 eggs
- 200 g crab meat or crab sticks
- herbs to taste
- salt
- pepper
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Squid cleaned, dipped in boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes after boiling.
Cool.
Cut squid strips.
Cucumber cut into strips.
Crab meat is finely chopped.
Finely chop the herbs.
Eggs grate on medium grater.
Mix the squid, cucumber, peas (drain the water), eggs, crab meat, parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mayonnaise.
