Stuffed crab sticks

Stuffed crab sticks with a variety of fillings.

Ingredients

- 240 g of crab sticks
- 150 g canned pink salmon (or tuna)
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of boiled rice
- 150 g onions
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion mince.
Pour onions with boiling water, leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water.
This is to ensure that the bow was not garcel.
Salmon mash with a fork.
Eggs to grate.
For the first variant of the filling mix the salmon, half of the eggs, onion, salt and pepper.
Mayonnaise.
For the second variant, mix the rice and the remaining eggs, salt and pepper.
Mayonnaise.

Spread the filling.
Gently roll the wand.
Put sticks for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Then sticks cut into small pieces.
