Ingredients
- 100 g crab sticks
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of boiled rice
- 1 can corn (380 g)
- salt
- mayonnaise
- coconut
Preparation
Mince crab sticks, eggs, rice, corn (drain the water), salt.
Add mayonnaise, mix well.
Weight should not be liquid, but not dry.
From the resulting mass to form balls, roll them in desiccated coconut.
Instead of coconut, you can use grated proteins or cheese.
On the table you can simply submit balls, also you can make from them snegovikov.
The hood and nose can be made of carrots, eyes of black peppercorns, buttons of peas red pepper, hands of sprigs of dill.
