Salad "Olivier"

There are dishes look and taste that evokes some memories.
Salad I strongly associated with the New Year - Christmas tree, garland, balls, tinsel, gifts.
I do not remember a single case when the salad, in our family, not preparing for New Year's table.
Every family has its own recipe, I suggest option salad, which is very like us.
Instead of meat, you can use sausage, but I recommend using it meat.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 7-8 servings.

Ingredients

- 1 jar of green peas (400 g)
- 300 grams of meat
- 4 eggs
- 350 g potatoes
- 100g salted or pickled cucumbers
- 150 g onion
- salt
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Boil the meat until ready (boil for about 40 minutes after boiling).
Boil the potatoes until tender.
Cool.
Finely chop the onion.
Pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water, onion rinse in cold water.
Meat cut into cubes.
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes.
Mince the eggs.
Finely chop the cucumber.
Mix potatoes, meat, onions, peas (water drained), eggs, cucumbers and salt.
Mayonnaise.
Decorate to taste.
I decorated the Christmas tree of green peas (tip - Cranberry).
