Salad "Night"

Ingredients

- 300 g beef liver
- 250 g potatoes
- 200 g cucumber
- 100 g onions
- 3 eggs
- salt
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Liver boil until cooked (boil for about 20-30 minutes after boiling).
Boil potatoes until tender.
Finely chop the onion.
Pour onions with boiling water, leave for 10 minutes.
Then drain the water, onion, rinse in cold water (this is to ensure that it does not garcel).
Liver cut into strips.
Potato peel, cut into cubes.
Cucumber cut into strips.
Eggs grate on medium grater.
Mix the cucumber, potatoes, eggs, onions, liver.
Season with salt to taste.
Mayonnaise.
