Salad with cod liver, rice and eggs

Ingredients

- 300 g of cod liver oil
- 3 eggs
- 200 g boiled rice
- 150 g onions
- salt
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Fill it with boiling water, leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water, onions, rinse in cold water.
Eggs to grate.
Cod liver oil mash with a fork.
Add the rice, eggs, onion, salt to taste.
Mayonnaise.
