Stuffed chicken liver with rice

Ingredients

- 1 chicken (about 1.5 kg)
- 250 g chicken liver
- 200 g boiled rice
- 100 g onions
- 150 g carrots
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
The liver is cut into small pieces.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add carrots, a bit of fry.
Add the liver and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add the rice, salt and pepper, mix well, remove from heat.
Cool.
Chicken liver stuff with rice.
Fasten with toothpicks (or sew).
The chicken with salt and pepper.
Put the chicken in the sleeve for baking (if sleeve is not, then the chicken just put on a baking tray).
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for one hour.
