Ingredients

- 500 g chicken liver
- 150 g onion
- sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
- bread
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add the liver, salt and pepper, cook until tender (about 10-15 minutes).
When the liver cools down, pass it through a meat grinder.
Add sour cream and mix well.
Fry bread with vegetable oil.
Pate spread on bread.
Decorate to taste.
