Chicken liver fried with apples

Chicken liver very well with apples.
Apples desirable to use acidic or sour-sweet.

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken liver
- 400 g apples (sour-sweet or sour)
- 150 g onion
- vegetable fat
- salt
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Liver cut into small pieces.
Apples are clean, remove the core, rub on a medium grater.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the liver and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the apples to the liver, a little salt and roast for 10 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
