Duck stuffed with apples

Ingredients

- duck (weighing about 2.5 kg)
- 500 g apples (sour or sweet and sour)
- 50 g (3 tablespoons) cranberries (or lingonberry)
- 10 mint leaves (optional)
- 50 g (3 tbsp) honey
- half orange
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the mint.
For apples cored, cut into cubes.
To add apples cranberries and mint.
Stir.
Duck washed, cut the fat.
Salt and pepper (inside and outside).
Stuff the apples with cranberries.
Sew (or stab toothpicks).
Squeeze the juice from the orange (we need about 50 ml of juice).
Add the honey and mix.
Lubricate the duck juice with honey.
Put in a sleeve for baking.
Put in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 2-2.5 hours.
