Lamb marinated in kiwi and mint

Mint gives the meat a unique flavor, kiwi - softness.
I served as a garnish couscous, you can submit mashed potatoes or rice.

Ingredients

- 700 g lamb (or beef)
- 2-3 pcs. kiwi
- mint
- juice of half a lemon
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the mint.
Kiwi grind in a blender or finely chop.
Mix kiwi and mint, add the lemon juice.
Put the meat in the marinade, salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Put in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 40-50 minutes.
If the meat starts to be burnt, cover it with foil.
