Mojito

A very popular cocktail.
Refreshing, cool, with a pleasant aroma.
Instead of brown sugar, you can use white instead of lime - lemon.
But then the taste will be radically different.
You can not add rum, then get a non-alcoholic Mojito.

Ingredients

for one serving:
- 3 tsp. brown sugar
- lime
- bunch of mint
- 50 ml rum
- 150-200 ml soda water (or Schweppes, Sprite)
- ice
Preparation
Lime cut into 2 parts.
For one serving you will need half a lime.
Half a lime cut into 2 or 3 parts.
In a glass of sugar.
Squeeze the juice from the lime.
Peel to put in a glass.
Add mint.
Mix all the ingredients, a little patoloji mint leaves.
Fill ice for 1/3 of the glass.
Add rum.
Pour soda.
Garnish with slice of lime and mint.
