Ingredients
- 500 g tomatoes
- 150 g onions
- small chili peppers
- juice of half a lime
- 2 cloves of garlic
- cilantro (I used parsley)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Onions and garlic are finely chopped.
The tomatoes, remove skin, cut into small pieces.
The chili peppers remove all the seeds and finely chop.
Finely chop the herbs.
Vegetable oil to fry the onion and garlic.
Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add Chile.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the lime juice.
Then add the greens, stir, remove from heat.
