Stuffed peppers

Ingredients

- 8-10 pieces of bell pepper
- 400 g minced meat (any taste)
- 200 g boiled rice
- 150 g sour cream
- 150 g of tomato paste or ketchup
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g onions
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots to grate.
Half an onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Add half the carrots and fry.
Mix the minced meat and rice.
Add the roasted carrots and onions, salt and pepper, mix well.
The peppers and cut off the top, remove the seeds.
