Risotto with bacon and peppers

Properly cooked risotto should have a creamy consistency, and the rice should be slightly nedogotovlen, middle, risinki should remain solid.
Risotto can be done with various additives - mushrooms, meat, fish.
We will do with bacon and pepper.
Highly recommend to use the exact products that are listed in the ingredients. This concerns rice and cheese.
Any replacement - is another dish may not be less tasty.
Instead, you can use broth vegetable broth, or just hot water. But with the broth, after all, much tastier (chicken, which is boiled for soup, you can make a salad or julienne).
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 4-6 servings.
Ingredients

Broth:
- Chicken half (about 1 kg)
- 200 g of carrots
- 200 g onion
- Pepper peas (5-7 pieces)
- bay leaf (2-3 pieces)
- 2 tablespoons dried herbs (marjoram me and thyme)
- salt
also:
- 300 grams of rice Arborio (or Carnaroli)
- 150 g onion
- 150 ml dry white wine
- 200 g bacon
- 200 g of pepper
- 100g Parmesan
- 4 tablespoons butter
Preparation
Cooking broth.
Chicken cut in small pieces do not.
Onions and carrots coarsely chop.
Chicken, onion and carrot pour 2 liters of water.
Add peas pepper, cover with a lid.
Cook 1 hour (to remove scale).
An hour later, add dried herbs, a little salt.
Cook for 30 minutes.

Ready broth.
We will need 1.5 liters of hot broth.
That it is still warm, place it on the stove over medium heat.
Finely chop the bacon.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into cubes.
Fry the bacon.
Add pepper, fry up until the pepper is tender (about 10 minutes).
Finely chop the onion.
Cheese grate.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Add the onion, fry it up until it becomes soft and translucent (until golden brown bring is not necessary).
Add the rice, mix well and fry for 1 minute.
Add wine and stir well.
Fry up until the wine has evaporated (1-2 min.).
Add a little (about 100 ml) of hot broth, mix well.
Post a broth to be absorbed (with stirring).
Again, add a little broth
Post a soak.
When the broth will be about half the rice to add bacon and pepper.
Continue adding broth.
In total, the rice should be prepared for 20 minutes, and during that time the whole broth should be used.
At the end of cooking add 2 tbsp butter.
And cheese.
Mix well.
If necessary, add salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
Re not warm up.
