- 200 g pickled cucumbers
- 200 ml of cucumber brine
- 150 g onions
- 150 g carrots
- Bay leaf

- pepper
Preparation
Meat cut into small pieces.
Cover with water, cook for 1 hour.
Then add the rinsed barley and cook for 30-40 minutes.
