Ingredients

- 1 kg pork legs
- 1 kg of beef on the bone
- 300 g of carrots
- 300 g onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 5 peas allspice
- 2-3 bay leaves
- salt
optional:
- mustard
- grated horseradish
Preparation
Pork legs pour 4 liters of water.
Close lid.
Cook at low boil for 5 hours, occasionally removing scum.
