Ingredients

- 1 chicken (weighing 1-1.2 kg)
- 5-6 eggs
- 200 g onion
- 2 tablespoons flour
- lemon
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Chicken cut into four pieces, pour 3 liters of water, salt and boil until tender.
Then remove the chicken pieces, separate the meat from the bones.
Broth.
Finely chop the onion.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent.
Flour a little fry without changing color.
Then flour cool, add about 1 cup of broth, stir well to avoid lumps.
Add the flour into the hot broth.
Add the onion and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Beat eggs.
Add eggs with continuous stirring in hot, but not boiling broth.
If necessary, add salt and pepper.
Soup off the heat.
When serving pour the soup into bowls, place chicken pieces, add 1 tsp lemon juice, sprinkle with herbs.
