Ingredients

- 1 kg of fish (any, I perch)
- 800 g potatoes
- 150 g of carrots
- 150 g onion
- parsley or celery (optional)
- pepper (5-7 pieces)
- bay leaf (3-4 pieces)
- salt
- pepper
- herbs to taste
Preparation
Clean fish.
Fish heads and tails add water and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Then they take out (they no longer need us), broth, if desired filter.
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Potatoes cut into cubes or cubes.
In the boiling broth add potatoes, salt and pepper.
When the potatoes begin to boil, add the fish.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Add carrots.
We should add the onions (onions and carrots can be pre-fry).
Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add bay leaf, parsley (or celery), pepper.
Let stand for 25-30 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
