Ingredients

- 750 ml of dry red wine
- 1 orange
- 5 buds cloves
- frac14 - tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cinnamon stick (or 0.5 tsp. ground cinnamon)
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation
In a saucepan, mix the cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger.
Add 100 ml of water, bring to boil, remove from heat.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
