Beef stewed in wine

Ingredients

- 500 g beef fillet
- 200 ml of red wine (I used semisweet)
- 150 g onions
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Onion mince.
Meat cut into strips.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add meat, salt, pepper, fry for 5 minutes.
Add the wine, simmer for 25-30 minutes.
