Chicken with tomatoes and wine

Very tender meat with a stunning fragrance!
Instead of chicken you can use chicken.
Instead of fresh thyme, you can add dried herbs, to taste.
Garnish ideal potatoes or rice.
The number of ingredients is obtained 4-6 servings.

Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken
- 400 g tomatoes
- 150 g onions
- 5-7 sprigs of thyme (optional)
- 300 ml of wine (I used white semi-dry, red can also be used)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Chicken cut into two parts (if you're using chicken, cut into several parts).
Finely chop the onion.
Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Vegetable oil to fry the chicken with one hand.
Flip and fry on the other side.
Add the onion.
Then add the tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the thyme.
Cover with the lid.
Simmer for 35-45 minutes.
Add the wine, simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
