Ribs, cooked in wine with mushroom sauce

Very tasty ribs!

Ingredients

- 500 grams of pork ribs (or sheep)
- 200-250 ml red wine (I used semi-sweet)
Sauce:
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 500 ml of cream (10-20%)
- 150 g onion
- 2 tablespoons flour
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Cut ribs.
Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Turn over to fry the other side.
Add the wine, a little salt.
Cover with a lid.
Simmer for 40-45 minutes.
Preparing the sauce.
Finely chop the onion.
Clean the mushrooms and finely chop.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add mushrooms and fry for about 7-10 minutes.
Add the cream, bring to a boil.
Add flour and mix thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat.
On a plate put ribs, pour the sauce.
