Lamb chops with apples, prunes and bulgur

Ingredients

- 500 g mutton ribs (or beef, pork)
- 150 grams of prunes
- 400 g of apples (preferably acidic)
- 150 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
garnish:
- 150 g bulgur
- 400 ml water
- salt
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Cut ribs.
Onion cut into half rings.
Prunes cut into small pieces.
For apples cored, cut into small pieces.
Vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add ribs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry on one side for 15 minutes.
Turn over and fry for another 15 minutes.
Add apples and prunes, cover and roast for about 10 minutes.
Cooking bulgur.
In a saucepan pour a little vegetable oil to warm up.
Add bulgur and fry.
Pour hot water, salt, and cook for 15 minutes.
