Beef with prunes stewed in a pot

I cooked this dish in 2 liter ceramic saucepan.
Instead, it can be used for baking pots (pots get about 5-6).

Ingredients

- 500 grams of beef (or pork)
- 700 g potatoes
- 150 g pitted prunes
- 150 g of carrots
- 150 g onion
- 5 peas allspice
- salt
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Carrots cut into thin slices.
Meat cut into cubes.
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes.
In saucepan, mix the meat, potatoes, prunes, onion, carrot, pepper, salt.
Add about 100 ml of water.
Cover and place in oven.
Simmer at 180 degrees for 2 hours.
