Potatoes, stewed with smoked meat

Ingredients

- 1 kg potato
- 500 g smoked meat (brisket, brisket, etc.)
- 500 g tomatoes in juice
- 200 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
- herbs to taste
Preparation
Mince the onion.
The meat cut into small cubes.
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes or cubes.
In a pan with vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add meat and fry a little.
Add potatoes, poured 100-150 ml of water to extinguish the lid 10 minutes.
Knead together the tomatoes with juice (if the tomatoes were with the skins, it is better to remove).
Add the tomatoes to potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, stir and simmer until tender (about 5-10 minutes).
When submitting the finished dish sprinkle with herbs.
