Meat and potatoes with mayonnaise

Ingredients

- 1 kg of pork or beef (sirloin)
- 1-1.5 kg of potatoes
- 300 g onion
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
The meat cut into small pieces, beat off.
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into slices.
Half the potatoes put in a baking dish (I have a form of 20-30 cm, and a height of 5 cm), salt and pepper.
Potatoes put onions.
Put meat on onions, salt and pepper.
For meat put the remaining potatoes.
Potatoes with mayonnaise and place in oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until tender (about 40-50 minutes).
