- 1 kg of potatoes
- 250 g onions
- 250 g carrots
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Potato peel, cover with cold water, boil until cooked.
Potatoes cut into small pieces.
Onion cut into half rings.
Carrots to grate on a coarse grater.
