The pots of meat and potatoes

The number of ingredients is obtained 6 pots (I have a pot with a volume of 500 ml).
Ingredients

- 1 kg meat (fillet of beef or pork, you chicken)
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g onions
- 5 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion mince.
Carrots to grate on a coarse grater.
Meat cut into small pieces.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add carrots, a bit of fry.
Add meat, salt, pepper, a bit of fry.
Add the tomato paste, cook for about 20 minutes, remove from heat.
Potato peel, cut into wedges or cubes.
Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil until soft, add salt.
In a pot put the potatoes.
To put on top of meat.
Cover with a lid and place in the oven.
Cook at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
