Stewed cabbage with pork and tomato

Ingredients

- 500 g pork
- 1 kg of cabbage
- 500 g tomatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g onions
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Onion mince.
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
Tomatoes cut into cubes.
Meat cut into cubes or wedges.
Finely shred the cabbage.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add carrots, a bit of fry.
Add meat, fry well.
Add cabbage, salt and pepper.
Simmer until until cabbage is tender (about 30-40 minutes).
Add tomatoes, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
