Lazy cabbage rolls

Ingredients

- 400 g of cabbage
- 500 grams of minced meat (all to taste)
- 200 g of boiled rice
- 150 g onion
- 250 g of cream (10-20%)
- 250 g of tomato paste (or ketchup)
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Cabbage cut into squares with a side of about 1-1.5 cm.
Pour boiling water and let stand for 5-7 minutes.
Then drain the water, squeeze a little cabbage.
Finely chop the onion.
Mix cabbage, beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
From the resulting minced form patties, roll them in breadcrumbs.
Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown (until ready to fry is not necessary).
Mix sour cream and tomato paste.
Cabbage rolls put in a baking dish.
Pour this sauce, put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
