Pies with cabbage

One of my most favorite fillings for pies.
Cabbage turns tender, flavorful.

Ingredients

- yeast dough
- 500 g of cabbage
- 50 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Cabbage finely chop.
In a frying pan, melt the butter.
Add the cabbage.
Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer until tender (about 20 minutes).
Add the eggs.
Mix well.
Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
