Yeast cakes on kefir (the dough for yeast cakes)

There is probably no such person who does not like cakes.

Cakes can be made as sweet and savoury fillings. They can't bake, and fry (but for my taste, baked much tastier and healthier).

Ingredients

- 300 ml of yogurt (2.5-5%)
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml of vegetable oil (I used olive odorless)
- 10 g of dry yeast (or 50 g raw)
- 100 ml milk
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 500-550 g flour (flour, you may need more)
Preparation
The milk to warm up.
It should be warm, but not hot.
Add sugar and yeast.
To mix.
Cover with a towel.
Put in a warm place.
The dough should rise (for me it took 10 minutes).
Yogurt mixed with butter, a bit of heat.
Add the eggs.
To mix.
Add the dough.
To mix.
Add flour (flour, you may need a little more) and salt.
Knead the dough.
Cover it with a towel, put in a warm place.
The dough should be good to go up (I have it took about 30 minutes).
From the dough to form small laesecke.
Put the stuffing.
Edge to sumipntg.
Pan greased with oil or cover with baking paper.
Put the pies (seam side down).
If desired, the pies can be lubricated with beaten egg.
To give the cakes to rise.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
