Cakes with fermented baked milk

Ryazhenka adds beautiful color to the cake. Instead, you can use sour cream.

Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 100 g butter
- 200 ml sour
- 200 g of dried berries
- 200-250 g flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the butter, stir.
Add fermented baked milk, stir.
Add berries and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, knead is not very thick dough.
Tins a little grease (silicone molds grease is not necessary).
Put the dough, filling them 2/3.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
