Croissants with fillings

Ingredients

dough:
- 200 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 150 g butter or margarine
- 10 g of dry yeast (or 25 raw)
- 700-800 g flour
filling:
- nuts
- apples
- Mac
- sugar
Preparation
The milk to warm up (it should be warm, not hot), add the yeast and 1 tbsp. sugar.
The weight must be lifted (I it took 15 minutes).
Add 150 g of flour, stir.
The dough should be well up (it takes 15-25 minutes).
RUB the eggs with sugar.
In the brew, add eggs, stir
Add the softened butter and mix.
Add 300-350 g of flour, mix well.
Put the dough in a warm place (I pour a Cup of warm water, put it in the bowl with the dough), cover with a towel.
The dough should be good to go up (it takes about 30-40 minutes).
After the dough rises, it is necessary to add more flour. The dough should not be too steep, and should not stick to hands.
Prepare the filling.
In a blender put the nuts.
Grind, add sugar, stir.
Apple peel, cut into cubes, mix with sugar (you can add cinnamon).
Divide the dough into 3 parts.
Each part of the roll out in a circle with a thickness of 2-3 mm
Circle cut into 8 triangles.
On the broad side put 1 tsp. of the filling.
Turn the bagels.
The edge of the roll slightly pressed so that during baking they have not revealed.
Pan greased with oil or cover with baking paper.
Put the bagels.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
