Easter wreath

With toppings you can experiment and add different nuts, fruits, candied fruits.
The number of ingredients is obtained 10-12 servings.
Ingredients

- 250 ml of milk
- 7 g dry yeast (or 30 g raw)
- 500-700 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 100 g nuts (to taste)
- 100 g candied fruits
- 100 g raisins
Preparation
Milk a bit of heat (so it was a little warm).
Dissolve the yeast in it.
Add 250 g of flour, stir well, cover, place in a warm place.
The dough should be doubled (to me it took 30 minutes).
Separate whites from yolks.
Mix yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Whites beaten with a pinch of salt in the foam.
In approaching the dough add the yolks and mix.
Then add the softened (not melted) butter, stir.
Add protein and mix.
Add the remaining flour, knead the dough.
The dough should be well mixed, it should not be steep and should not stick to hands.
Put the dough in a warm place.
Give the dough a nice climb (about an hour).
When the dough rises, it must be hurting.
Give the dough more time to get up.
Grind nuts in a blender or chop with a knife.
Divide the risen dough into 3 parts.
Each part to roll the strip 10-50 see
On the strip put the nuts, smooth.
To roll.
The edges well to sumipntg.
The same roll to do with raisins (raisins pre-wash and dry).
And candied fruit.
From the resulting rolls to braid pigtail.
From braids to form a wreath.
Pan greased with oil or cover with baking paper.
Put a wreath.
In the middle of putting refractory form (this is done in order to make an indentation which you can then put the eggs).
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
