Chocolate cheesecake Easter

The combination of cherries and chocolate is always delicious.

Ingredients

- 1 kg of cheese (9-20%)
- 200 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g chocolate

- 400 ml cream (10-20%)
- 100 g nuts (all to taste)
- 200 g of candied fruit (I used dried cherries)
Preparation
Curds through a sieve or put through a meat grinder.
Add the softened (not melted) butter, stir.
Stick vanilla cut, remove the seeds.
Eggs mixed with sugar.
Add the cream.
Add vanilla seeds (if You use vanilla sugar, you should also add at this stage).
Put the paste on medium heat, bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until then, until the mixture begins to thicken (I was cooking for about 5 minutes after boiling).
Then the mass is cooled.
Grind nuts.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
In the cheese with butter add egg mass and mix.
Add the chocolate, stir.
Add nuts and candied fruit, mix well.
Pasochnitsu be covered with gauze, folded in two layers (if pasochnitsy no, you can use the new flower pot or colander).
The edges of the gauze should hang out.
Put the cottage cheese.
Edge wrap.
The form to put in a plate or bowl, as it will drain the whey.
