Cheesecake vanilla and chocolate

Instead of cheese, you can use Almette without additives or any cream cheese, but then it will be a completely different taste.
The number of ingredients is obtained 8-10 servings.
Ingredients

basis:
- 400 g biscuits (that is easily crumbled)
- 200 g butter
filling:
- 600 g Philadelphia cheese
- 200 ml cream 33-35%
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- vanilla stick or 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 200 g chocolate
Preparation
The butter to melt.
Biscuits grind in blender or put through a meat grinder.
In biscuits, add the butter, stir.
Should get a loose mass.
Biscuits with butter to put into shape (with a diameter of 24 to 26 cm), well tamped to make the bumpers, put in the refrigerator on while you prepare the filling.
Cheese mixed with sugar (beat with a mixer at low speed).
Add the cream, mix well (with a mixer at low speed).
Add eggs, stir.
Stick vanilla cut.
Remove the seeds.
Add them to the cheese mass (if You use vanilla sugar, you should also add at this stage).
The resulting mass is put on the cake.
Melt the chocolate.
Pour it on the cheese mass.
Using sticks to make patterns.
A form to wrap the foil so that the sides were tightly closed (this is done in order not leaked water).
The form of cheesecake place in a deep pan or in the form of larger size.
In a pan pour the hot water so that it reaches the middle of the form with cheesecake.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for one hour.
The finished cheesecake cool completely and then cut into portions.
Preferably, before serving, put it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
