Biscuits with jam

Ingredients

- 200 g butter or margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp. of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 300-350 g flour
- jam or thick jam
Preparation
Oil to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Roll out the dough with a thickness of about 3 mm, cut out different shapes.
Half figures to cut out the middle.
The pan should cover with baking paper or grease with oil, put the figures.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Baked figures grease jam or marmalade.
Put the bezel.
