Slotki with cranberries

Ingredients

- 500 g puff pastry
- 1 protein
- 100 g sugar
- 3-4 tbsp of blueberries (or any berries to taste)
Preparation
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm, cut diamonds, squares or rectangle.
Protein shake with sugar before the formation of stable foam.
Add berry (pre berries have thawed, wash, drain water), mix gently.
The pan should cover with baking paper, or grease.
Put cut figures.
On figures put the protein mass.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 15-20 minutes.
I use pre-made store-bought dough.
